Appointment Booking

At The Ethereal Touch we strive to provide an exceptional services and care. To help maintain this standard, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. A $30 non-refundable deposit (updated deposit fee) is required to secure any appointment. The deposit amount will be applied towards your total balance on the day of your service. Address will be forwarded to after booking.

It is REQUIRED for NEW CLIENTS to complete all client intake/consultation forms before appointment gets approved.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT MESSAGE BOOKINGS

We honor a first come, first serve policy.

Late Policy

We understand that delays can happen. A 10 minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. However, arrival beyond this window will result in the appointment being canceled. To avoid an inconvenience, please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

Cancellation

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible prior to your appointment [ recommended at least 24 hours in advance ] if you need to cancel.

No ~ Shows

We run by a strict no show policy and it will NOT be tolerated, as they impact our ability to serve other clients on a timely manner and schedule, may also affect appropriate product usage. Once again, as a reminder, a $30 non-refundable security deposit is to honor our cancellation policy.

Failing to communicate with your esthetician will result in not being able to book again. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule an appointment once using the same deposit, if you notify us 48-72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation and a new deposit will be required.

Please understand there are no extra guests allowed unless permitted by your esthetician.
